Jeff was very attentive to what we had told him we were looking for, and checked in through out the process to make sure we were all still on the same page. His communication was always open and if he did not have the answer he was able to redirect and get the information in question as quickly as possible. Jeff was always willing to make the most of his availability and would work on the fly whenever necessary. He did a fantastic job explaining not only the steps of the entire process, but the reasoning behind them as we went along.

Jeff is so likable and trustworthy that I did not consider any other realtors. This was an estate and all of the heirs were out of state which made for a more complex transaction. He demonstrated local expertise and offered the extra services of helping to dispose of household contents cleaning and photographing the home to prepare for the sale and then stewarding the process through close. To my delight he handled the sale process quickly and his expertise resulted in a sale above asking price. In addition he was extremely helpful during the weeks up to and after the closing.
